One day me and my class went to something called Harold.
Harold is a health education that teaches us about peer presser and how to know how much salt, sugar, fat is in a food product.
There was a lady in a van called karman she talked about our organs and how we digest food.
we were also given some food items and we had to find out how many sugar, fat, salt there were in them.
we also got to say hello to Harold the giraffe who's the mascot for the health education.
The year eights were able to hug Harold and the others were able to pat him.
Harold was a very fun experience here's a few photo's.
